Tips for your sample order

As a team at SPORTKIND you are spoiled for choice. You can put together your team outfits from all our models and all colors. This is how you come up with thousands of outfit combinations. Finding the right size for each team member is often difficult and time-consuming. We have put together a few tips for you so that you can find the right model in the right size for each team member as quickly as possible.

How does a sample order work?

In our team shop we offer you the opportunity to order up to 25 different models in different colors as samples to try on. Alternatively, you can also order our catalog in advance to get a first overview.

On every product page in our team shop there is an additional button "ORDER SAMPLE" below the shopping cart button.

Here you put your desired pattern in the shopping cart and order it in the desired color or size. And you can already test your way through the SPORTKIND collection. Danger! Samples can only be ordered alone: ​​This means that you cannot place a sample order and a normal order in your shopping cart at the same time.

Our tips:

The main purpose of ordering a sample is to get to know all the models and colors. There are several ways to make a preselection:

1 : You can order our catalogue , in which you will find an overview of all colors and models.

2 : You can discover our world of colors on our website , after you have decided on one or more colors, you can click on the color to see which models are available in the chosen color.

3: You can also make an exclusive appointment at the SPORTKIND Store in Augsburg for your team fitting. We only close the shop for your team, your team or your company. Here you can get to know all our models and the entire color range in a relaxed manner.

In order to be able to try out several color combinations, we recommend that you first select the team colors that you like the most. If a model isn't available in a certain size in your chosen colour, simply order it in a different colour. Since our sample parts always come from our stock, it can happen from time to time that items are not available as sample parts. But don't worry, of course you can order the right size in the desired color when ordering as a team.

How to find your right size

You will find a size guide for each model on the corresponding product page in the right-hand bar. If you click on this, a window with a measurement table will open.

Here are a few facts about our sample orders:

• Quantity : You can order up to 25 models to view. We recommend not choosing more than 4 colors when ordering a sample so that you can find your 2-3 team colors faster.
• Costs : We charge a processing fee of 15€ for a sample order.
• Duration of the test : In order for all team members to have enough time to test the sample items, you have 14 days to try them on.
• Shipping costs : The shipping of your sample order depends on the delivery address to which we send the samples. You can see the exact shipping costs during the checkout process.
• Free returns : We will cover the costs of returning items from the EU for you.
